she receives fees from firm to write reports, and then she also sells the reports to others

she disclose the fees from the firms but the question doesn't mention whether she disclose the other income

 

what's the correct answer?

b: referal fees

c: conflict

 

I wasn't sure between b or c, and chose b at the end. as I think she must disclose the other income...what do you think?

我选的是A, 因为你看中间的关键词，她告诉投资者她是拿company pay写independent report的。只要是flat fee，并且disclose, 没有因为benefit而draw conclusion就不violate
