那个表Exhibit应该没提到，但在题目里可能有提到一下，就老是记不起了。

Corporate Finance印象中还有下面几个：

1，说是audit committee请了Finance staff，这题选了yes,不违反best corp...

2, 记得选了一个director intest not align with shareholders... 就是那个管理层请顾问的问题。

 

convetible bond: minimum price, 1040?

记得还有个acid test推理inventory的变化，算了下，选了降低。

 

大家对QA那题意见如何阿？就是那题causation between independent and dependent variable.... 选了1错（holding other factors constant?前提条件没说)，2对

convetible bond： minimum price is 1017 the straight value of a non-convertible similar bond.
QA 那题好像是关于direction of variation不是causation。
