妈妈

为的是在承揽业务的过程中，增加客户对个人专业能力的信任程度。

如果协会发现，会采取什么措施？警告？还是会有其他更强力的惩罚措施？

If someone submits your case to CFAI then investigation will start.After investigation is done,there will be official report issued regarding what type of action you will encounter.

But if no one submits anything and you don't disclose this voluntarily,I think you will just be fine.

it seems to me you have already had a conclusion there. So why bother asking?

公司要上市会去问证监会如果偷税漏税会有什么处罚吗？搞笑，但是上市公司里又有几个在创业初期不偷税漏税的？

所谓ethics也不过是为了维护秩序的规则而已，水至清则无鱼，本来就是讨论supposed to do something unethical according to CFAI's standard会有什么结果？结果就看到你们一帮卫道士。

我就纳闷了，资本市场本身的规则就充满了不平等和漏洞，你们如果道德那么过硬，

就该蒙上眼、捂着脸和这个市场划清界限

If your answer is yes, sit tight, you will have your charter in Sep. otherwise, you are definitely doing something unethical according to CFAI's standard. if you really want to know what CFAI will do, why not ask them.

别最多啊，有这么分析风险的吗？

这样的话，所有的招股说明书风险因素那一章都可以写“最多公司倒闭”。

这么大的人了，说话却是不负责任，这么信口开河的胡诌的人都可以评价“道德”了？

I don't think it appropriate to use the designation before CFAI's email indicating that.

Actually I saw from other website that CFAI will start awarding charter on and after Sep 1,2010, according to the latest email communication.

Below is the original email:

I e-mailed CFAI about this a few days ago...here was their reply:

Dear TheChad,

Thank you for contacting us with your inquery. The 2010 charters will begin being awarded on September 01, 2010. You will receive an email notifying you once your charter has been awarded and at that point you can begin to represent yourself as a CFA charterholder.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us again.
