LOS 1.a: Describe the structure of the CFA Institute Professional Conduct Program and the disciplinary review process for the enforcement of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.

Does this mean in the exam an essay asking to describe the PCP can come?

LOS 1.b: State the six components of the Code of Ethics and the seven Standards of Professional Conduct.

Does this mean I have to memorise all the six components i.e. might be asked to reproduce them in an essay?

generally no. Ethics questions in the past years for Level 3 have always come in item set form (multiple choice).
