CFA mock test AFTERNOON 64

I DON'T WANT TO PLAGIARIZE OR POST TO A WEBSITE, so i just want to know that when you guys got to 64 did you go "whut" just like i did?

is there an easy thing that i should have noticed to tip me off to this one?

Also a few things to consider, that formula was NET operating cycle. When the NET operating cycle is negative, thats a GOOD thing, that means you are using other peoples money to finance your operation.

In contrast the "OPERATING CYCLE" (which cant be negative) is a smaller formula, but will always be a larger number:

365 / (sales / avg receivables) + 365 / (COGS / avg inventory)

matt said avg receivable & avg inventory)

Cash Conversion Cycle (also called Net Operating Cycle) = 365 / (sales / avg receivables) + 365 / (COGS / avg inventory) - 365 / (COGS / avg payables)

crunch thouse numbers u send up with 39.4 + 49.4 - 65 = 23

ps. nice disclosure ROFL.. #FAIL
