Essays: Full Sentences or Bullet Points? starting, question, sometimes

May seem like a dumb question to some, but after seeing so many answers on the Schweser mock in either incomplete sentences or bullet point form, I'm starting to wonder what the correct method is. Full sentences are obviously neccecary sometimes, but if some in completes and bullet points are allowed, it can save a massive amount of time. Thoughts????!!
