Elan 11th Hour or Schweser Secret Sauce after Schweser Notes?

I have been studying from Schweser notes. I got them, then stumbled upon Analyst Forum that many prefer Elan notes. However, I have already got Schweser and am reading from it now.

I now need a last few days revision book - either the Secret Sauce or the 11th Hour Guide. I know that most people feel Elan's 11th Hour Guide is better. But since I have been studying from Schweser Notes and have got used to their language and variables notation for formulas etc., will it be wise to switch to Elan just for the 11th Hour Guide or should I stick to Schweser?

Thanks!

Couple points:

1. With so many questions, it tends to be good at seperating those who really know it, and those who really don't. Large sample size.

2. If you know the material and can't pass the test due to nerves/lack of concentration, then the field isn't meant for you anyways. That is part of the test, can you perform under pressure?

I just finished reading Secret Sauce for Level II and thought it was a good read. Whether I pass the exam or not is another question, but I feel like I know this material. I wonder how many people know the material, yet fail the exam.

@Arnaud: Yes the 11th hour guides are printable.

i haven't specifically checked the 11th hour, but all of the Elan materials are available as printable PDFs on their website so I can't see why this one would be different

Hi all,

I have a question that may be stupid : Is the 11th hour printable?

Thank you by advance.

Arnaud.

I agree with dsp that it is best to go with the CFA books but really not everyone has the time/motivation.

To the OP: Go with the Eleventh Hour, it doesnt matter if you used the schweser notes. It covers a lot more than the secret sauce and its cheaper too as well. Use the search function and I am sure that is the popular opinion.
