Schweser QBank Re-install computer, download, address, problem

Please, I need to find out how to re-install my QBank onto my computer. I had to reformat my hard-drive and the instructions state that it is a one-time download. But shouldn't it be able to detect that I am installing it back to the same IP address? Let me know if anyone knows how to figure this problem out.

I'd contact Kaplan directly. Perhaps they could reissue your download with the same registration number that way they are sure that you're not just downloading it on another computer or something. I don't know though... Hope you get it fixed or that would have been an expensive reformat.

I had the same situation in January, I had to format becoz of some nasty virus
Kaplan people were nice and gave me an extra installation.
