feeling like the material is easier than level 2 and as such i'm not trying as hard as i need to be...

Up to now, I've done pretty well on the Stalla Passmaster (60-70% correct on the first attempt). Results are biased though since you automatically get all the essay questions correct. I feel like I know the general concepts of each topic, but I don't know any of the individual topics very well.

I agree, GIPS is probably the worst part of Level III. I think doing questions is key. Most questions have the same format, and after a while you get better at it.
