Position: Market Communication Supervisor  

Dept: Sales

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

 

Job Descriptions

Sales team support

·         Guide and support the local sales teams to develop and implement local plans and activities, including advertising, media, PR, POS, E-marketing events and other local deliverables

Budget management

  Overall control to HQ and local marketing budget and implementation of budget on an annual basis to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of usage.

Marketing development & support

  lan, organize and carry out national wide and regional marketing fairs, incl. concept, stand design, stand building, products display, event, advertising, media and press report, etc.

  Carry out sales promotion plan, set up local sales incentive plan

  Work closely with external agencies and alliance partners to create ideas and concepts for showroom, point of sales and fairs stands, to ensure high quality and timeliness of local deliverables.

  Create and implement design of marketing communication articles, such as product literature, promotion leaflets, and company give-away etc.

  Corporate Design control to ensure all marketing image are under the same CD standard.

  articipate central marketing workshop in new marketing communication concept define and CD elements update

  Company general brochure design and printing

  Company give away design and purchasing

  Local sales support printing

  Collect marketing and competition information in a systematic manner concerning our strategic products lines

  Develop and maintain public relations with local government, media and association etc.

  Increase knowledge of local market environment (competitors, industry, prospect, etc)

Qualification Requirements

    University degree level in communications or  business studies or proven experience (above 5 years)

    Excellent oral & written English

    Strong marketing sense & analysis skills, communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
 
    Strong responsibility & team-working sense

    At least 5 years work experience in Multi-national companies in related functions

    Good interpersonal skills and cross department coordination skills

   Customer focus

    Ability to work in teams, and in coordination with other teams

    Marketing way of thinking

    Good Presentations skills

    Capability and experience in budget/cost follow-up

    Crisis/Issues Mgt skills

    Fast learner for technical and industrial knowledge

    Frequent traveler
