If you think you will FAIL, write the exam anyways !!!

Disclaimer: This is NOT meant to discourage anyone. I hope whoever is studying does well and passes.
But, speaking from experience last year, I know there are a lot of people who know they aren’t going to pass. I was one of them, as I had to go to Japan for 3 months (March-May) or risked losing my job … the hours over there are insane.
But I still wrote the exam (I only read 1.5 books) for three reasons:
1) It’s still Multiple Choice (who knows what could happen)
2) The more people that fail means the average score will fall. Since you are graded relative to others, having more people do worse than you compared to do better will improve your chances (I wanted my friends to pass!)
3) Get a feel for the exam
So to those who know people who have bailed on studying and aren’t planning to sit for the exam, please convince them too!! Only candidates who sit for both sessions are included in the grading scheme…
Back to ICAPM. Cheers

I thought that the OP was going to have some crazy ending to his post like “I thought I was going to fail since I only read 1.5 books but somehow ended up passing - so you never know”
