Ethics Memorization expected, however, example

On the exam, I’m assuming that we will need to be able to recall Standards IVII; however, will we be expected to recall A,B,C,etc. (for example, Standard 1(C) is “Misrepresentation”)?

Any recommendation on studying Ethics from old exams? Has ethics changed from previous exam years?

Yeah the questions are likely to be applications/situations, not rote restatements of the code.

Take a look at the questions in the CFAI text. From what I have heard these are decent representations of what the questions will be like.
We will not be asked “Given X information this is a violation of standard” type questions.
