Q 76?   Why is the compensation from subsidiary not counted as referral fees? He is giving advice on potential clients to subsidiary and then receiving annual compensation

how is that related?  for this question, why is compensation from subsidiry not counted as referral fee?

isnt it implied that if someone from the company is compensated to sell their products?
