 券商确实可以提供融券操作，其实是找一个借出方B,在B同意的情况下，将他的证券借给融券方A，这个过程也和选项D不同。 我记得一级里面对融券没有太多介绍，楼主就不要纠结于D选项了。

D中的"loan"和＂collateral＂是同样的操作吗？

 buying bonds on margin的意思是向券商借钱买债券，这样可以利用杠杆获得更大收益，当然风险也更大。
因为借了钱，所以要付利息，所以B正确。

这里投资者并没有把债券借给券商啊，所以D错
