请问:我在CFA网站上填完了所有信息,就要通过VISA付费时,却总是无法提交,试了很多次,总是出现以下文字:

The charge to your credit card was declined. You may try to resubmit your payment now or try again at a later time. If you choose to try again within 48 hours, the information you entered today will be saved and you will begin in the Payment section after confirming your selected exam offering. Please be aware that if a deadline passes during those 48 hours, however, your fees may be increased accordingly or the exam offering you selected may no longer be available. If you try again more than 48 hours from now, you will have to complete all sections again.

请问我应该象上文所述的那样,在两天内重试----即对方的网络问题造成该状况,还是因为信息填写中有错误,才导致这种情况一再出现呢?

为什么没人回呢?这个问题很菜鸟吗?大家一般是用哪个银行的国际卡划的报名费啊,中国银行的吗?工行的VISA好象不行

用中国银行的国际卡报名,应该没问题。如果试过多次仍然有问题，应该联系银行看看你的卡是否透支?是否已经过期?或者出现别的导致被decline的情况.
