CFA Level3 exam preparation tools (book or e-book) difference, between, instead, mistake, hello

Does anyone have a clear picture about the difference between 2010 level3 book and 2011 e-book ? If I prepare for this year's exam by using 2010's book instead of this year's, will it make a big difference resulting in a big mistake and wring way for preparation?
