答案说题目里的three disclose do not comply with standards, but the time period does.

最后的解释又说the disclosure should be made at least annually, Crow goes beyond the requirment to detail the info on a quarterly basis as well.

这是什么意思？是说disclose quarterly不对吗？

the disclosure should be made at least annually这是Soft-Dollar Standard的要求，而Crow

做到了每季度一次disclosure，因此不仅comply with standards，而且好于standards的要求
