| 这里考到的是FCFE和FCFF的区别，FCFF 是Free Cash Flow to the firm, including FCF to debt holders and equity holders，所以issue debt to repurchase common stock对于firm整体来讲没有影响。Just forget about formulas for a moment for this question, you will understand it. |
