Afternnon Session - Question 35 on implied adjusted cost of capital..
I am looking at the answer and I still can’t find the answers.
First of all, I think the question was incorrect as the said cost of capital was 8% in the answer, but the question said 7.5%. However, after making that adjustment I have no idea how they get 0.64% or 8.64%….
any help is greaty appreciated.
I hatet his section of the exam.
