Ok ,I understand the relation between the CFA and the degrees.But I have a plan that I want to pass the CFA level II or III and then use this subject achievement to apply for the US master or Ph.D.how about this plan?

Because I konw that,an ACCA and OXFORD BROOKES Bachelor degree with honours will be getten if you pass the ACCA level II  with a perfect subject achievement,I think CFA which would has the same position in finance subject as the ACCA in Accounting would help me to prove my financial capacity.of course the good test scores of the TOFEL and GMAT exams are necessary.

楼主是说金融硕士还是经济学硕士？

CFA/金融硕士都是实用学科，相对来说CFA更实用一些。经济学硕士是研究型硕士和CFA有交叉的部分但CFA不能取代经济学硕士。如果你出国以学历为主的话那CFA肯定不合适。另外，CFA之类的认证都有贬值的风险（很多东西一到中国就变样），你也要考虑清楚。PS: 很多刚到中国的认证含金量都很高（英文试卷，10多门课程，过万的考试费，无数时间和精力... ) 但终究在无数培训班的攻势下金证变银证，银证变铁证。我的经验是再好的资格认证也要建立在学历的基础上，两手都要硬。学历是基础，基础不好就像盖楼少打了桩终归哈牢牢咯

我的意思是现在自身条件申请好学校不够,等拿下CFA和积累一定相关经验后应该可能性大一些吧

The above words are definitely not true. Usually if you have academic talent, you propably go PHD; if you have business experience background and you are intrested in financial industry not academic, you'd better to get a MS in Finance. I have a MS in Finance for a top 30 U.S. university, and none of my classmate continue to pursue a PHD after we graduated, including one denied a PHD offer from our university.

PHD or MS depends on your bachground and your interesting.

According my experience, if you've passed the CFA level 1 and Level 2 test, that would count a lots on your MS of Finance application.

我也挺关心这个楼主的问题，其实在国内，这些证书的价值可能很有限，而国外名牌大学的学历可能对于申请高端职位更有用，至少我在国外大行工作的朋友是么感觉的。
