2006年IPS第一题 Equity return 8.5%题中说了是nominal，为何在计算过程中没有换成real？题中其他所有现金流都是real value，仅此一项是用名义值，为何？

第一步计算用的都是nominal数字，将real的expense都先调整成了nomina然后计算nominal return。

第二步计算加回inflation rate是因为题目中倒数第二段，最后一句话说maintain the real value of his portfolio，加回inflation是因为要维持portfolio的购买力。
