但也讲到the goal of spv is to increase the credit rating of the firms been sponsored.

题目是怎么问得？

题目貌似问哪个是对的。 我觉得我看的还蛮仔细的，B是说减少sponsoring corp的default risk，我在想怎么可能呢，跟sponsoring有什么关系。C是说在sposoring的担保下，可以减少公司的credit risk。 也可能我对spv的定义理解有偏差

不是用来ensure fund performance，我记得A是使得全球有统一的投资标准

我记得这道ｅｔｈｉｃｓ题目我还仔细看了两遍的，确定它是说要ｅｎｓｕｒｅ　ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍａｎｃｅ才排除这个选项的。

 

ＧＩＰＳ可以帮助ＣＯＭＰＡＲＥ也可以提高ＧＬＯＢＡＬ　ＣＯＭＰＥＴＩＴＩＯＮ的可能性，但是绝不是保证ＦＵＮＤ　ＰＥＲＦＯＲＭＡＮＣＥ好还是不好的
