Introduction
写这个东西，赠与友人，可以算一个200小时一级攻略吧，如果你说你没有200小时，请不要follow本攻略，定有他方神明可以医治，什么7天跳龙门，15天攻克cfa之类。。
写得这个东西也不是知识点完全总结，自认也没有能力写个知识点完全总结，更多的是把学习方法写下来，帮助友人节省时间，少肥高效建设社会主义。
增加一点qualification，让您有信心多读两句，证明以下内容不是100% bullshit， 本人数学小master，金融从业两年，主要接触portfolio management，market risk，derivative一类的bullshit，对fsa，corporate finance，ethics，fixed income， economics 所知甚少，cfa零散准备300+小时，一级刚刚通过10A0B0C

Ethics:
Step 1： 背
把我写的东西死记硬背下来（1个小时吧）
先把所有ethics standard 的点背上来吧，七大条，专职投资客成员冲突（professionalism, duty to employer, investment, integrity of capital market, duty to client, cfa member, conflict of interest）
底下小条也要背啊，具体说就是，说话办事发毒品（misconduct, misrepresentation, knowledge of law, independence and objectivity）, 草私（market manipulation, material nonpublic information），平和中秘密表现（fair dealing, suitability, loyalty, preservation of confidentiality, performance presentation）长官忠于钱（duty as supervisor, loyalty, additional compensation arrangement） 勤交保（diligence and reasonable basis, communication with client, record retention） 介绍工作优先（referral fee, disclosure of conflict, priority of transaction），其实这段可以编个黑帮小故事的。
Step 2： 读
这一部分目的，是对每一小条有基本理解，可以粗略读读handbook，每一小条前面的principal，（5小时左右），视勤勉程度而定，勤快就自己读，懒就听人讲
Step 3：练
Handbook这个地方只有case，读着容易让人走神，for example, independence and objectivity, 我的感觉是为了保持独立客观公正性，对ibd部门的客户，要保持距离，不能cover，但实际做题发现是可以cover的，只需disclose，这种违反常识的条目，要粗条记忆
这个部分大概10小时时间，大概能总结30条左右考点微妙的变化（视前例），但是成效斐然，完成这部ethics B线基本破了。
Step 4：补刀
两大点code和gips, code 很好背，正直勤勉，专业水平高（integrity, diligence，competence。。）,gips 读一读notes，有一节专门讲gips，大概3页，理解即可（2个小时）
Step 5： 模考
自己看着模吧

Ecomomics:
宏经微经两部分，挺花时间的，每一小节必须1理解2做题，不过确实最好玩的一部分（理论联系实际嘛）
微观经济：
第一节supply and demand
Step 1：背
带理解的背吧（1个小时）
把知识点以及记忆方法粗略写写（觉得不同人记忆曲线还是有偏差，不同情景的带入也不同，所以我写的口诀啥的，你要看着觉得，这是写得什么狗屎，不要感觉奇怪，欢迎来电询问）
记四个字，供剩拍弹（tan），很像一个日本人的名字啥的（工棋演藏，你要不知道他是谁，好吧，代入感又不好，我可以给你讲一个感人的小故事，你就一辈子记住他了）
具体说：供：supply and demand curve, 马上画一图，四条线q（横轴）p（纵轴）d（demand）s（supply），s从下面穿过d—>inelastic， otherwise elastic，考点1 along the curve 还是shift the curve，考点2 应用题带入求解，找一个题看一下就会了
剩：consumer surplus，supplier surplus，考点1：算直角三角形面积
拍：拍卖方法，看了理解，没有助记法（你要偏要问，我也可以编一个给你）
弹：心法口诀（快记）：正交替负交补，正收正负收次零一需，考点1：计算elasticity
Step 2：练（1个小时）
有时间做课本，没时间做百题
这么写太费事了，我就偷一下懒抛砖引玉了，经济学其他部分，飞过
第二节 supply and demand: consumer demand，两效应两曲线
第三节 the firm+第四节market structure: 好麻烦这两节，主要要记住 1）一个柱形图用来记各种profit，
2）4个流线图用来记mr ar/ mc ac /mp ap /ltavc
3）mrp
4）long term supply curve
5)生产论（内含丰富内容,结合perfect competition, monopoly 讲的）
宏观经济
第一节： aggregate output， price and economic growth: 1） gdp
2） is lm 曲线
3）ad as曲线
4）economic growth function
我这么写经济学对你的识记都没有什么帮助，不继续了，只能范范的说下和第一节一样，先看note，在做课本题和百题，不会的题回课本上查
第二节：economic cycle
第三节：monetary and fiscal policy
第四节：international trade
第五节：exchange rate

FSA：
重中之重，过不过就在fsa 和corporate finance了，fsa更是满地都是考点，读notes很难读，硬着头皮读，硬着头皮也读不懂，那就先读读notes每一节后的summary，在做题，把每一道错题到notes里找知识点，尤其是中间七节，balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement,
inventory, long term asset, liability, deferred tax, 一定要把notes全读了啊，拿5-6小时读一节notes绝对不过分，再拿5-6小时做题，绝对不过分。

第二节：income statement
Step 1： 背
自己先背上来一张income statement，revenue-->cogsgross profitsg&a, depreciationoperating profitinterestincome before taxtaxincome from continuing operationearning from discountinued operationnet income
然后看revenue recognition, 讲了long term contract, installment, barter transaction,仔细读，每条都考，口诀:顾拜旦，不估国考妹完蛋（如果可以estimate，一般percentage of completion, 不能estimate， ifrs下 cost recovery， gaap 下completed contract），实际比这个复杂多，要是上了考场，实在记不住，按这个来，基本能蒙对
Non-recurring item,每一条都考，extraordinary items，口诀：美债去法自然（gaap下，legal and natural disaster, retirement of debt）一定考，accounting method/estimate, discontinued operation, unusual or infrequent
算eps/diluted eps 一定会考
Other comprehensive income, 总共四样，他会出无数道题
Step 2: 练
Notes， 课本，全做，百题选作

Corporate Finance
其实真没什么东西，就几个计算，但是你不会就挂了，读notes先看看notes summary，做notes后的题不会的回头看看notes上细节就好，不太用看课本和百题（有时间再看），差不多10小时看书，10小时做题吧，挺容易的

第三节 measure of leverage
Step 1： 背
DOL，DFL： 口诀：顾飞一变态，一变态啊一变态（dol=gross profit/ebit, dal=ebit/ebt）别看一句话，考好多题啊
Breakeven quantity of sales, operating breakeven quantity of sales,没啥难度，看一遍就记住了
Step 2： 练
真的就看看notes就OK了

Equity
主要掌握valuation，其他阅读notes summary（连notes 都可以不全读）就可以了，valuation主要掌握ggm，非常弱智的等比数列，真的一级只会考ggm，算margin，算market index，比较market indx， 还考了一遍又一遍，也不嫌絮叨（10小时搞定）

Fixed Income
我最喜欢的一章，没有之一， 主要掌握duration，convexity，其他阅读（主要推导自己第一遍推，费一两个小时时间，先看notes summary，在做notes题），做题比较花时间（10+15=25小时）
稍微讲一下 fixed income risk and return这一节
Step 1： 推导
自己推一推modified duration, macauley duration, 以及二者的关系，
自己推一推 convexity， effective duration 的公式
自己推一推 percentage change in full price of bond using duration and convexity
考试会考无数道题
Step 2： 背
Price是个函数，因变量三个：maturity, coupon, ytm, 口诀： 妹哭一
Duration也是个函数，因变量也是三个：妹哭一，另外是关于maturity 的增函数，关于coupon， ytm的减函数，口诀：妹痛哭咿咿咿（maturity 同，coupon异，ytm异）
Duration gap=macauley duration – investment horizon (不讲这个口诀了，原因不详)
Modified duration 定义很难掌握，一定要想明白，percentage change in bond price due to 1% change in ytm,
eg: ytm change from 3% to 4%, modified duration 4 percentage change in bond price -4%, original bond price 100, bond price after change 96
step 3: 练
做做notes后的题就好

Alternative， derivative， portfolio management， quantitative

主要就是背，也没啥，需要一些识记法（20小时）
扔几个识记法，启发一下思路
Future contract那节， future price> current price, 情况叫contango， 从一个contract roll to next contract, 要赔钱，识记就是：将来长大啃大狗，打滚赔钱
