[CFA Level 2] [求助]二级报名问题！ occurred, following, 报名, already

刚通过2008年一级考试，准备接着报考二级，可是在cfa网站报名的时候填写到职业信息的时候总是出现以下错误：

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists. If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)(SBL-EXL-00151)

如何解决呀，着急呀！
