CFA Sample Question - Ethics website, his, investment, management, standards

Hi,
This is in reference to the sample questions on ethics on CFA website.
Sherman tells prospective clients, “The CFA charter is the highest credential in the global investment management industry. As charterholders we are committed to the highest ethical standards. Completion of the program has dramatically improved the team’s portfolio management knowledge and their ability to achieve better performance results.”
The answer is that there is nothing wrong with his statement. Everything else is ok but stating ‘HIGHEST CREDENTIAL’ ?? Is that ok?

I remember this, i honestly dont know, the answer choices was the lesser of two evils though, the correct aanswer was a clear violation

That is what CFA wants to be/stands for. Nothing wrong with saying that.
