Where I work, FSA > CFA. In general FSA is harder to attain than the CFA.

I agree in general. And I think that between the 2 of us at my work, there is certainly a growing respect of actuarial cred. However, outside of the core insurance world actuaries aren't really known about which is why getting the CFA to compliment an actuarial designation is useful and becoming more common among actuaries.

... and yes, 100% agree, FSA is harder to attain than the CFA. Those exams are no picnic (not to say that they're giving anything away with the CFAI exams).

It's all good man. You've got the hard part done and over with. I'll look forward to hooking up with you whenever I'm able to find my way into the US. Will keep in touch on LinkedIn. I'm already spending my last days on AF and I may just pop in a few days to the exams next year to wish the L3 guys good luck.
