12月6号的一道道德题,到现在也没想出到底该选什么,求助

A company just signed a contract with the goverment publicly. An analyst who is working on a report about the company overheard the manager of the company saying that it will be luck if the comany can break even from the contrack. The analyst went back and adjusted her report indicating higher revenue and lower income. Does she violate the standards?

A: No

B: Yes, because she violate the Integrity of Capital Markets

C: Yes, because she fail to maintain her Independence and Objectivity

好像差不多是这样吧.......

A?

我也不知道啊,关键看那个经理的话算不算material nonpublic information.....

我选了A,好像还说了这个analyst自己做了深入的调查和分析吧

不过我也是猜的

The answer should be A by Mosaic theory.

Hang on, what is the paper verson? I took it in London and it should be the CEO of competing company instead of the manager in the company making the comment on "break even". IF it is a manager in the company with the contract, it should be material nonpublic information. Mosaic theory doesn't apply here. And the answer won't be A
