Contin immun basic question
In CFAI text, the example given for contingent immunisation starts with $500 and works its way to demonstrate the movement in the cushion spread.
I understand everything except the way to reach $541.36 when YTM falls to 3.75%
Can someone please explain the calculation to the above….
