I came up with these questions after reading item sets from the Handbook.
1. Your company pays for your CFA exam preparation & also pays the fee. Is it a violation to use company’s printer to print out old exams from the CFAI website?
2. Your company does not pay for your CFA exam preparation not pays the fee, but recognizes employee’s achievement such as obtaining a charter with a bonus. Is it a violation to use company’s printer to print out old exams from the CFAI website?
3. Your company does not pay for your CFA exam preparation not pays the fee. However, your boss is a charter holder & encourages you to take the exam. Is it a violation to use company’s printer to print out old exams from the CFAI website?
4. Your company pays for your CFA exam preparation & also pays the fee. You study for the exam during meeting breaks. Is this is a violation?
5. Your company does not pay for your CFA exam preparation not pays the fee. However, your boss is a charter holder & encourages you to take the exam. You study for the exam while attending a conference call, where merely your presence is needed. Is this is a violation?
