Are the sample exams this year the same as last year's?

I don’t know b/c I haven’t taken any yet.
But somebody posted about the 2010 sample exam he took, and mentioned an Alt Inv section. I am almost 99% positive that there is NOT an Alt Inv section from the 2009 mocks nor samples, which tells me that 2010 is different.
