CFA Level 1 - Reading 45 -Cost of Capital->floating costs: Why Excise 3 added Floating costs 10% to calculate Ks but LOSl said we should not add 4.5% Floating costs into Cost of Equity calculation? Thanks!

题目我没有看，但是把发行成本加上去肯定是不对的，发行成本直接从融资额中扣除就可以了
