I am wondering why only Diligence & Reasonable basis and Suitability were violated. It seems to me that all 3 standards (the two mentioned above and Fair Dealing) were violated. Shouldn’t he have given his other clients a chance to participate in the IPO as well?

I answered C on that one and got it wrong. After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that he did not violate Fair Deadling b/c the IPO might not be suitable for his other clients.
