Question Reading Clinic maintained, anything, question, average

I seem to not read questions correctly anymore. My average scores decline from 70-80s to 65-70s. I seem to omit or misread question text. Where can I have my brain maintained? It’s really annoying when you spend 10min thinking about a question “Damn that just doesn’t compute” and then when you review the correct answer you go like “OMG that NPV was 3 not 5 years”.
Anyone else having this problem? What can be done? I take anything, thinking about some sports today and the day before exam. Good or bad idea?

Sports works for me, too. Friday is going to be chilled, maybe looking at a few notes, reading some ethics. Nothing more. Maybe a trip to the gym and a nice dinner. If it ain’t in the head by then, it ain’t gonna be….
