Mock AM 4 - Ethics - priority of trans = clients interest? interest, another, company, latter, option

In Q the answer is put clients interests above EE named accounts.
But another option states put client transactions above company which is above EE.
How come the latter is not a valid adjustment to a policy statement?

i believe (from memory) that one says the INTEREST, the other answer states TRANSACTION… therefore it is the INTEREST that is the correct answer… A client’s interest includes getting their timely transactions done…
