Question 1- Mock afternoon session:
Can anyone tell me where I can find this piece of information in either S.notes or Curriculum:
Members and candidates must self-disclose on the annual Professional Conduct Statement all matters that question their professional conduct, such as involvement in civil litigation or a criminal investigation or being the subject of a written complaint.
Im kinda freaked out by this information, have no idea about it after reading from S note

if you have not taken exam for so long, you would not know, but you get an e-mail from CFA every year asking about if you are not under criminal investigation and so on.
good luck with the exam.
