I would make drastic changes to my study strategies if I was in your shoes. If I was reading notes, I would sign up for a lecture class. If I was doing too few exams, I would make mock exams my focus. If I was using a prep provider, I would switch providers. If I was cramming towards the end, I would start the study process sooner. etc., etc. You just have to find what works for you.
