我说的是她的上级知道了material nonpublic information 然后让她去买 （记得文中说的是上级告诉她有good things，但是没有具体说什么information). 她有做diligent research and then conclude it is good investment, 我觉得她并不知道是什么样子的information, 所以没有violate。 你说的release to analysts是另外一题吧。
