How do we get this official letter from CFA? Has anyone obtained it before?

I believe folks have written that you could send CFA Institute an email - and they'll respond saying you have passed a particular level of the exam. Only after you pass the Level III and have the necessary qualifications in terms of work exp. they send you the charter -- which is as official as it gets.
