Study Plan - Structure someone, anything, learning, interested

I was wondering if anyone who might have been through preparing LI, probably had a strategy going through it... may be one on their own or may be one that was shared by an institute that trains candidates to LI.

I know this is probably a little bit more to ask, but is there someone who might be interested to share the strategy of learning... anything that they learn't / know could help in cracking the LI quicker, and in a systematic way???????

For instance, lets take GMAT, I have been through it and now I know the best material I should prepare, it is of course not OG, but from my experience I learnt the strategy to crack GMAT in a systematic way.... I have some excels and some materials together will prepare during the study.

Similarly, anyone has anything for LI ... am just starting and trying to prepare a schedule and all I have at this time is the CFA Materials. & trying to figure out a plan so I may take the exam in Dec '10
