You guys are boosting my confidence.

I can take a Schweser exam, talk to my friends on aim, and review the entire exam in under 3 hours.

I was worried that the Schweser is TOO easy versus the real exam.

I found CFAI easiest as well, I dont know why CFAI would give us a Mock that is that easy, unless the actual exam is of similar difficulty? can anyone from 2010 comment on the level of difficulty of the actual exam and the Mock they did?

I heard from 2010 takers that in general Schweser mocks are difficult and verbose, and CFAIs mocks/exam looks really easy but are very tricky. It should not make any difference whether the exam is easy, hard or verbose. End of the day, people who are going to pass are those who are going to make minimum number of mistakes in the exam. Remember this is a percentile and top 30-40% will pass.

Schweser>CFAI

Although CFAI does nitpick a little on the concepts and with the wordplay, I found the Schweser mocks very calculation intensive, and verbose. I usually take well over 3 hours with the schweser..

Schweser > Elan > CFA

I find Schweser has too much calculation and moreover the context of question is too long. When you are timing the mock, it adds you more pressure when you see the time flying. I did only the CFA mock 2011 and find it the easiest, was even wondering if this mock really test us for the actual exam

mostly cfa text like 65% remainder schweser...

CFAI mock difficulty level is nowhere close to the Schweser mocks. I studied only using schweser notes but still find CFA mocks much easier. The only difficult part for me was ethics in the morning session.

I think it depends on the study guides that you have been using. For example, I have been using Schweser guides and I find Elan > CFAI > Schweser.

I have found CFAI mock > Schweser mocks. Not sure if your referring to the same thing.
