The Code and Standards prohibit a Member or Candidate who has left one employer and joined another from:

A) Soliciting the old employer's clients.
B) misappropriating client lists.
C) transferring files from the old employer to the new employer.

Schweser - Practical Exam Vol Exam 2 PM Q 129, asnwer explanation mentioned (A) is correct. However, their explanation says B is correct.

I think the question here should be 'least likely prohibit' and the correct answer is A

A is fine. You can solicit anyone you want once you leave. You cannot, however, use any information from the old employer to do so.
B is the obvious choice. You are specifically prohibited from taking client information with you when you leave. Especially with the word "misappropriating" which definitely suggests that you took the info without permission
C seems wrong as well, but I imagine the way it is worded that the answer would be something that with appropraite permission you may transfer files.

My answer on the test would be B
