Does the CFA L1 curriculum changes significantly every year?

I am actually preparing notes from last year's schweser materials, do you think its a good idea or I should wait for the new curriculum?

Make notes from the CFAI Material not the Schweser notes!!!

you can find changes in this year's LOS compared to last year from google easily.
