is it too late to start preparation now? knowledge, employee, nothing, because, similar

 I suppose to enroll the full test this year, since it is the last chance for the full test. Would it be too late for me to prepare it now?
I know some financial knowledge and passed the cfa level 2 exam, but I can only study three hours each day because I am a full time employee. I know nothing about frm. The exam structseems similar to CFA.

Any advice would be deeply appreciated. Thanks a lot for your help.

If you have a degree on risk management... go ahead.
otherwise I think you can forget about this if not in full time.

I think if you complete the level 3 also have not so much time to review the Basel II and Credit risk, current issues .... also it PM is so different on CFA.
