还有没有人注册10天以上没收到UPS的发货确认函和追踪码的？ 没有人

如题，我24号注册的。给协会发了好几封信了，答复都没什么实质性的作用。

哦，还有啊，网站上的发货信息是不准确的，上次协会的回信：

Thank you for your e-mail.  Currently the website states "order has not been shipped" for all orders regardless of whether they have been shipped or not. We are working on activating the online tracking feature, and we hope to have it enabled soon.

 Unfortunately, due to these system delays, I am unable to provide you with a tracking number at this time.  Please note, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent once the package has shipped.  This e-mail will include the tracking number.

12号给我的回信：

I've forwarded your message to the appropriate department for additional research.  We will respond once the review is complete.  I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

我写信问过到底有没有发货，是UPS的责任还是协会的责任，没正面回答。

不担心不给，问题是耽误时间，气愤～～

I enrolled on 29, Sept, still no shipped

My friend in US asked them and got answer that the curriculum had been given to UPS, don't know whether true.

我也是24号报名的，发了N多邮件后，终于在昨天收到了CFA官方的confirmation，UPS当然至今未消息。

太气愤了，刚才又在网站上申请了一遍客服，问他们是UPS还是协会的责任，我的书到现在没发货。我已经注册18天了，书还没给我发货！
