Is the Schweser release scheduled for late October? first, only, scheduled, different, available

Hi Guys,
I’ve just booked the Schweser package for Level 2. I discovered that this material wil be available for late October. For the first level I didn’t have this problem because I enrolled in November. Did you know that the release was in October?
Does a different way exist to begin studying before? Would the only way be to study the official CFAI material?

Anyone knows who will be revising the notes this year? It looks like Dr. Lekvin and Rygg no longer work for Schweser.

Last year Schweser said was a month late getting the materials out. If you want to start studying now you should start with the CFAI text. I’d recommend Deriv or AI. Schweser is pretty light in these two sections.
