复习不可眉毛胡子一把抓，要分主次、分先后、分轻重。
我把F4的内容分成了两个阶层，我们应该首先花时间看最重要的内容。也就是说，在复习相关最重要的内容时，你可以先暂时把次重内容搁置不看，集中火力完成我布置的最重要内容的复习任务，在该任务完成后，马上投入时间和精力完成我布置的次重点内容的复习工作，同时切记，在完成第二部分复习任务的过程中，前期已完成的重点内容相关复习成果要不停的巩固，复习再复习，重复再重复，防止遗忘。
复习的第一步：

这次考试必出的8道题目：
1.
English legal system (内容包含source of law, HR effect，会是第1题) 2.
Contract law ( 会出2道题目：有关于offer, revocation, counter offer, invitation, acceptance, postal rule 的内容出案例分析题的可能性较大，出题位置很可能在第8题，同时，有关于sufficient of consideration 和 breach\anticipatory breach\remedies 的内容也有可能在第8题出。至于terms and EC和 part payment problem 则只有可能出现在第2题的位置) 3.
Employment law (内容包含distinguishing employment contract, unfair dismissal, redundancy，出题位置不详，但出案例题几率偏高) 4.
Partnerships (内容包括types of partners, duties\authority\liability of partners, change in membership，出题位置不详，但出案例题几率偏高) 5.
Capital and financing (内容包含increase and decrease of share capital, purchase of company’s own shares, debenture and charges, types of shares, class rights, alternation of class rights, explanation of authorized\issued\paid up\ uncalled share capital 偏向小题) 6.
Directors (内容包括：types of director, appointment and removal, duties of director 偏向小题) 7.
Insider dealing和money laundering 偏向小题
