所以超过十年的A和效力过多的C应该排除

对，题目中的concern是不利因素的意思。 但是我认为相对于B中没有experience ，A中14年那么久，很可能不独立。而independent显然更重要。

首先非常感谢你的回答。 但照你的思路，C也是对的，以前有别的董事会的经验，不是不利因素啊~

其实我想C并没有不对，但是B比C更能说明qualify吧。qualification里面有一条就是
