CFA MOCK EXAM Difficulty difficulty

What do you guys think of the difficulty. Can we get a list of grades?

I did 73% on 1 and 68% on the 2. With Schewiser I was averaging well above 75%. I found the theory is unclear with the CFA exam. Any thoughts?

There are a lot of grades floating around. Check the 'mock exam' threads on the front page.

The CFAI exams are a little trickier than Schweser. I'm definitely scoring somewhat worse.

I personally scored 79% on 2011 and 81% on 2010.

CFAI refers to CFA Institute, not level I

i don't think anything on the 2011 mock will be on the test since pretty much everyone would pass if that were the case.

I hate this test

I'm struggling bigtime with the CFAI mock. Been doing well on Stalla passmaster questions - but this mock is pretty hard in my opinion.

I just got owned in the 2010 Mock PM Ethics Vignette. 2/6

One main difference between Schweser and the CFAI Mocks is the difficulty of Ethics. The CFAI's Ethics vignettes are much much more difficult and always leave you torn between two answer choices.

Some of the questions on this mock takes a lot more than 3 mins to do. How likely will a mock question show up on the real exam?

I'm gonna say there is a 0% chance of mock question showing up on the exam. I would bet the vignettes will not even cover 50% of the topics covered either.

Just use it as a gage to see how prepared you are. Don't focus on just the stuff in the mock.

On second thought, this is graded on a curve.... so study ONLY the stuff in the mock.
