有几道关于ETF,　VC,　hedge fund的题。ＥＴＦ的好像有道题关于ｉｎ－ｋｉｎｄ　ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓ的。

下午好像还有个关于Cash flow计算的在Alternative 里面，是第三道。

很长的一道题目

全球考题不一致吗？

 

前面看大家讨论，觉得很多题目一样，有些题目的问题不一致，偶还以为我粗心看错了呢。

上午简单，下午难。下午有一个什么screen cretira 的题目问该选哪个potential 的stock，(有的是cashflow per share 比较高，grwoth 比率高）totally 没有idea,随便选了个a.有大虾上来说说

percentage basis不能理解为具体的比率吗？

referral fee中就有句话，只有disclose，才可以判断服务的真正成本

当然需要披露具体的比率 要不怎么判断服务的真正成本？？？

这段话的意思是这样的：  要披露consideration or benefit的类型  ①是flat fee还是percentage basis， ②是one-time还是continuing

 

如果属于flat fee的话就需要披露flat fee的数目  如果属于percentage basis的话就需要披露具体的比例

 

另外是属于one-time还是continuing的也需要披露

 

所以这道题的正确答案是具体的比率和on-going都要披露
