题目比较简单啊. 没有考到啥tough的东西.
比Schweser 的practice exam要简单, nnd, 俺做practice exam的时候18道道德题都会错到7道.
不过, 俺个人怎么觉得概念题比Mock细一点偏一点, 计算题比Mock更straightforward.
做2008年的Mock, 120题错差不多8-13个左右, 虽然这次改成3个选项了, 感觉这次考试还是会错更多.
好多道概念题记忆的比较模糊(尤其是上午的), 看来notes 光看一遍不够, 建议后来的考友, 最好看2遍notes.
想到的题目和考点有, 请大家补充
1. 计算margin call.
2. floor broker和commission broker,还有个选项是啥忘了, 我选了floor broker.
3. interest put和interest option的关系, 我选了interest floor的那个选项.
4. 给了net income, equipment sale, noncash charges等计算FCFE, 这题的列出了14,000的nocash charges和working capital increase, 这个地方把noncash charges和working capital increase列在一起我有异议.
5. 计算EPS, 这题有点小trick, 具体我忘了.
6. 考了covered call一道计算题
7. government bond issue一题, 问take advantage of favorable condition是那种, 选项有ad hoc auction, auction with multiple prices, tap method, 我选了ad hoc auction.
8. software development before feasibility在GAAP和IFRS下分别是expense还是capitalize, 我选了两者都expense.
9. 不同会计准则的area of conflict, 问那个不是area of conflict, 选了不是measurement和valuation的另外那个选项.
10. financial statements的reliability.
11. GAAP和IFRS下能不能inventory recovery.
12. direct cashflow method相比indirect有啥优点
13. F-test是test哪个的, 选了test equality of the variances的那个选项.
14. 计算prefered stock的after tax cost, 还给了tax rate.
15. labor supply的substitution effect和income effect
16. demand for money
17. quantity theory of money是哪个targeting rule和instrument rule采用的, 选项有inflation targeting rule, exchange targeting rule, money-based instrument rule (有点模糊了, 我是选了这个).
18. 哪种情况下national investment会增加, 选项有 goverment deficit, borrowing from foreign country (我是选个这个),
19. price discrimination
20. contago考了一道.
